Christopher Harmon
Christopher’s experience ranges from Youth Ministry both in Texas and Sydney, Australia to drilling clean water wells in Zambia. He has traveled from the Caribbean to China to Africa in his work with the Caris Foundation.  He has a special place in his heart for inner city youths.  He’s a “hand’s on” type administrator willing to get out there on the local level of all Caris Foundation projects.  Christopher brings to the Caris Foundation his astute management skills and a keen sense of stewardship.

Dr. John Bailey
John Bailey, a Doctor of Dental Medicine, first began participating in medical mission trips to Mexico during the early 1970s. With his dental services in high demand in underdeveloped countries, he has worked all over the world for a variety of volunteer groups, including Christian Missionaries and other types of non-governmental organizations. After his retirement from private practice in 1998, he began traveling on a regular basis, sometimes making up to seven mission trips a year. Now working with the Caris Foundation, Dr. Bailey's motivation comes from his desire to follow in the footsteps of Christ by helping to heal the sick.

Gordon and Katharine McElvany

Gordon brings to the Caris Foundation a fine mixture of compassion and entrepreneurial ingenuity that will help lift people out of poverty. Gordon will initially be responsible for overseeing two medical clinics in Tanga, Tanzania.

Jim and Laura Reppart
Jim and his wife Laura, bring to Caris Foundation more than 20 years of experience in Africa. Together they have planted churches and equipped church leaders.  They served the urban poor by establishing a “store front” clinic and Laura initiated a street children’s ministry that has become a testimony of God’s power and provision.  Together, Jim and Laura will facilitate new initiatives for the Caris Foundation in Africa.
